Se parte de la transcripci\u00f3n de una conversaci\u00f3n entre dos estudiantes. I\u2019ve got this really tough Calculus test and a Freshman English essay coming up that are costing me some sleep but otherwise I\u2019m great.<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Student A:<\/strong> <em>Welcome to Southeast University! I can tell you that things will only get worse in your sophomore year. I am barely keeping up myself. Oh, by the way, did you hear that our R.A. won\u2019t be coming back after Christmas break?<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Student B:<\/strong> <em>No way! How come? I thought Tom would be our Resident Advisor until after the spring semester.<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Student A:<\/strong> <em>I did too, but yesterday I ran into him and he told me about this opportunity he couldn\u2019t refuse.<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Student B:<\/strong> <em>What do you mean?<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Student A:<\/strong> <em>Well, you know that he\u2019s getting a master\u2019s degree in Art History, right? Professor Williams is going to Europe for three months to study the various pilgrim routes there and how these routes have affected the development of art. Originally she wanted her teaching assistant to help her but that didn\u2019t work out so she asked Tom to do it.<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Student B:<\/strong> <em>Why did she pick Tom?<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Student A:<\/strong> <em>As an undergraduate, Tom did a Semester Abroad in Paris so he speaks French. He also has experience driving in Europe and that will come in handy. He\u2019s a really good student too.<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Student B:<\/strong> <em>I can understand why Tom accepted. He loves Romanesque art. I dropped by his dorm room once and after looking at all the posters on his walls, I felt like I had just travelled a thousand years back in time. Still though, won\u2019t that mean he\u2019ll have to put off finishing his master\u2019s?<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Student A:<\/strong> <em>I guess so but it would be worth it. I had Professor Williams for a class in Italian history. I\u2019m only a business major and I really liked her class. I think the trip will be useful to him with his master\u2019s in the future. The only problem is the money.<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Student B:<\/strong> <em>Oh, he won\u2019t be paid as her assistant then?<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Student A:<\/strong> <em>Professor Williams got a grant to do the research and Tom will get some of that but I\u2019m sure he\u2019ll have to come up with a lot to cover things like his food and transportation. Specific \/ Negative specific<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Busca identificar detalles concretos mencionados directamente en el audio.<br \/>\nEn el caso de\u00a0<em>negative specific&lt;\/em &gt;, hay que identificar cu\u00e1l opci\u00f3n NO es verdadera. <\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"3-inference\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Inference\"><\/span>3. Inference<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Este tipo de pregunta eval\u00faa la capacidad de\u00a0<strong>inferir<\/strong>\u00a0informaci\u00f3n que no se ha dicho directamente, pero que se puede deducir a partir del contexto.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"4-purpose\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Purpose\"><\/span>4.
